This is an excellent opportunity to support a dynamic group of attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Position OverviewThe Legal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of client matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentationsManage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, and travel arrangementsHandle document management, including organizing electronic and physical filesAssist with court filings, including e-filing in state and federal courtsCoordinate with clients, court personnel, vendors, and internal teamsMaintain client files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to dateTrack deadlines and support attorneys in meeting court and client requirementsEnter and track attorney time, assist with billing coordination as neededSupport general administrative functions, including expense reports and matter managementQualifications2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or administrative assistant in a law firm or professional services environmentStrong knowledge of legal document formatting and court filing proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document management systemsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent communication skills and professional demeanorAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAdditional Information:Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.
