The Legal Assistant will handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This position requires close collaboration with attorneys and other staff to support case preparation and smooth office operations.Qualifications Strong foundation in law and experience working as a legal assistant or in a similar legal support roleProficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing filings and correspondenceEffective communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, court staff, and external partnersAdministrative assistance skills, including scheduling, file management, data entry, and office organizationHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environmentComfort with legal practice management software, word processing, and standard office applicationsAssociate’s degree or relevant certification in paralegal studies, legal assisting, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in a law firm or legal setting in Texas is an advantage
