Impact with your bold ideas and help drive us forward.Forvis Mazars Legal Vietnam LLC is searching for a Legal Assistant for its office in Ha Noi to reinforce and develop its practices.Job Description:Provide various licensing, legal advisory and other legal support services to clients.Represent the clients in working with competent authorities, where necessary.Research legal issues on various practice areas, with a focus on investment, enterprise, commerce, real estate, PDP, labor and etc.Update and highlight the new regulations.Perform other work-related duties and support as assigned by the management.QualificationsBachelor degree, major in LawAt least 1 - 2 years of working experience in legal advisory environment.Good understanding and interpretation of legal knowledge.Strong analytical and time management skills.A good approach to problem solving, including lateral thinking ability.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent English speaking and writing skills would be an advantage.***I consent to Forvis Mazars utilizing my personal information for recruitment purposes.
