We are seeking a proactive, organized, and client-focused Legal Assistant to support a busy personal injury practice. This role is ideal for someone with legal experience who enjoys working directly with clients, managing multiple cases, and ensuring that critical tasks are completed accurately and on time.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, coordinating with medical providers and other institutions, managing case-related activities, and supporting the legal team in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Follow-UpMaintain consistent communication with clients throughout the life of their cases.Follow up with clients regarding treatment, documentation, and case updates.Build positive relationships through professional and empathetic communication.Ensure clients receive timely responses and support.Case ManagementManage a high volume of personal injury cases simultaneously.Maintain accurate records and case information.Track outstanding tasks and follow up to ensure progress on all matters.Assist in keeping cases organized and moving forward efficiently.Institutional CoordinationCommunicate with hospitals, medical providers, police departments, insurance companies, and other relevant organizations.Request, obtain, and organize documents and case-related records.Coordinate information gathering to support case development.Scheduling & Administrative SupportSchedule and coordinate physical therapy appointments and related follow-ups.Manage calendars and appointment scheduling as needed.Assist with administrative tasks, document organization, and case tracking.Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.Confidential Information ManagementHandle sensitive client and case information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.Maintain compliance with internal procedures and privacy standards.Required QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of legal experience in the candidate's local country.Strong spoken and written English skills (C1 preferred; strong B2+ candidates will be considered).Experience supporting legal professionals or working in a legal environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Excellent communication and client-service skills.Ability to work independently and remain productive in a fast-paced environment.Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.
