Apply & track with Apply EdgeLegal Operations Associate | ResollectLocation: Mumbai · Experience: 1–4 years · Qualification: LLB (mandatory)About ResollectResollect is a B2B SaaS and execution platform for banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and ARCs, powering legal recovery end-to-end — demand notices, SARFAESI actions, Section 138 proceedings, and DRT matters — through software plus a pan-India network of empanelled advocates.The RoleYou will own legal quality and execution across the recovery lifecycle: from verifying the data that goes into notices, to validating petitions drafted by our empanelled lawyers, to managing those lawyers through filing and hearings. You are the bridge between our platform, our clients, and our advocate network.ResponsibilitiesNotice & Data ReviewReview and verify data in legal notices (SARFAESI 13(2), Sec 138 NI Act, loan recall, demand notices) against source documents — borrower details, outstanding amounts, security descriptions, statutory language and timelinesPetition & Filing ValidationVet draft petitions and applications (Sec 14 SARFAESI, Sec 138 complaints, DRT OAs, execution petitions) prepared by empanelled advocates before filing — completeness, annexures, affidavits, jurisdiction, limitationEnsure filings meet court/DM/DRT-specific formats and e-filing requirementsLawyer & Case ManagementCoordinate with empanelled advocates across jurisdictions: assign matters, track drafting and filing timelines, follow up on hearing outcomes and ordersEscalate delays and quality issues; maintain lawyer performance trackersVerify lawyer invoices against milestones and deliverablesProcess & ReportingMaintain case trackers, MIS, and QC logs; report status to clients and internal teamsBuild SOPs, checklists, and validation rules with our product team to improve automationWhat we're looking forLLB from a recognized university; 1–4 years in litigation management, bank/NBFC/ARC legal teams, recovery-focused law firms, or legal-techWorking knowledge of SARFAESI, NI Act Sec 138, and DRT/CPC procedureComfortable managing multiple external counsel and high case volumes with strong follow-throughDetail-oriented, process-driven; comfortable with Excel and web-based toolsWillingness to travel occasionally to courts/DM offices if neededWhy joinOwn a core function at a fast-scaling legal-tech company serving leading lendersExposure to legal operations at national scale — thousands of filings across statesWork directly with the founding team; clear growth path to Legal Operations Lead
