If you're passionate about real estate law, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are eager to grow with a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities-Represent the company in litigation matters before courts and statutory authorities-Conduct legal due diligence of property titles-Draft and vet agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents-Advise internal teams and clients on real estate laws and legal queries-Ensure interdepartmental legal compliance and support-Coordinate with government authorities and assist in forming Co-operative Housing Societies-Work closely with external counsels and provide briefs as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); enrollment with Bar CouncilMinimum 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably in real estate mattersExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsFluency in English and Konkani is a mustProactive, detail-oriented, and a team playerWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to work on high-value, premium real estate projectsA collaborative work environment with learning and growth opportunities
