Team members work in a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development within the Dubai legal market.Role Description Our law firm is looking to hire a qualified Legal Associate with sound knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal terminology. The successful candidate will handle client matters, draft legal documents, and provide accurate legal guidance in line with UAE jurisdiction.Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on matters relating to UAE civil, commercial, and corporate law.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and agreements in line with UAE legal standards.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in UAE legislation.
- Represent and support clients in dealings with UAE courts, government entities, and authorities as required.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide clear, accurate legal guidance.
- Coordinate with the business development team on new client onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain proper case files, records, and documentation in accordance with firm policy.
- Ensure all legal work is carried out with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university(like Cairo University, Ain Shams University, or Alexandria University), with a minimum overall grade of “Good.”
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE laws, legal terms, and court procedures.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple client matters with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must currently reside in the UAE.What we offer
