Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, technology, data, and vendor contractsReview and negotiate trading and counterparty documentationProvide legal guidance on business initiatives and day-to-day mattersSupport general corporate and employment-related mattersPartner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel as needed
Qualifications
JD required with active admission to the New York Bar5+ years of relevant legal experience from a law firm, in-house environment, or combination of bothStrong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experienceExcellent judgment and ability to provide practical legal adviceAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFinancial services experience strongly preferred
