Role: Legal Associate Location: Mumbai Experience: 2–4 years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Type: Individual Contributor Role Overview:We’re seeking a proactive and meticulous Legal Associate to be a part of our Legal & Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2–4 years of experience who are eager to grow within a dynamic fintech setting. In this role, you'll play a key part in handling legal and compliance-related responsibilities while serving as a vital bridge between external stakeholders including the regulatory authorities and internal teams at EnKash. Your contributions will span across departments, helping strengthen and scale our legal framework. This position ensures the company’s operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations, while providing legal insight across departments. The role is designed to strengthen corporate governance, manage legal documentation, and foster a strong culture of compliance in a fastpaced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities

• Legal Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including notices, replies, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Research & Advisory: Conduct legal research and provide insights to resolve crossfunctional legal and compliance queries.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations applicable to fintech and ensure timely alignment of internal policies and practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments to assess business proposals from a legal perspective and promote a strong compliance culture.
• Contract Management: Maintain contract templates, track execution status, and ensure timely updates to legal records and documentation. Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) is required; a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) or specialization in corporate or financial law is a strong advantage.
• Professional Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on legal experience in fintech, banking, or financial services sectors.
• Domain Expertise: Prior exposure to Payment Instruments (PI), Payment Gateways (PG), or similar financial ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Regulatory Acumen: Solid understanding of Company Law, RBI guidelines, and overarching legal and compliance frameworks. Why Join EnKash?
