About the Job:The Opportunity :We are looking for a dynamic lawyer to provide legal and regulatory support for technology-driven financial services. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while partnering with business, product, technology, compliance, and risk teams to support growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services and possess strong legal and analytical skills. What You Will Do

• Provide legal and regulatory support for fintech products, digital platforms, and business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules and regulations) and industry standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Support policy development, audits, due diligence, and legal research. What We’re Looking For
• LLB degree with 2–5 years of experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Financial Services, NBFCs, or a reputed law firm.
• Strong understanding of fintech regulations, banking laws, contracts, and data privacy.
• Excellent drafting, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Gain
