Investment Funds Associate / Senior Associate | 2–6 Years’ PQE | Leading International Law FirmOne Ten Associates is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a Senior Associate and/or an Associate to its growing UAE office, within their funds practice.This opportunity would suit a lawyer with strong funds formation, transactional and regulatory experience who is looking to develop their career within an international practice.The roleYou will advise on the establishment and structuring of investment funds, including in the DIFC and ADGM, alongside the associated regulatory and transactional requirements. Your work will include negotiating fund documentation and side letters with institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds.Your experienceThe firm is seeking a lawyer with:2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in an established investment funds practice.Solid UAE funds experience, including setting up funds in both the DIFC and ADGM (ideal, not essential).Transactional experience, including side letters and negotiations with institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds.UAE, UK, Luxembourg and/or Irish funds regulatory experience and/or experience advising on regulated or public funds.Luxembourg experience would be particularly valuable given the practice’s work involving onshore UAE funds and regulated fund structures.The opportunityJoin a leading international law firm as its UAE practice continues to grow, with exposure to sophisticated fund structures, international clients and significant institutional investors.Applications are welcome from lawyers currently based in the UAE and those willing to relocate who bring the relevant experience.
