Legal Associate – Risk ManagementThe successful candidate will support client engagements across various practice areas, deliver high‑quality legal advisory work, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams within KPMG.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in reviewing and drafting agreements, NDA, LoA, MoU, policies, and any corporate legal documentation.Conduct legal research, draft the legal memo, presentation, opinions, and other legal documents.Support advisory projects on corporate/commercial law, regulatory compliance, labor law, data privacy, and other relevant areas.Support due diligence exercises for related corporate projects or compliance projects.Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to coordinate the commercial contract closure and compliance.Monitor regulatory changes and prepare updates or briefings for internal and/or client use.Ensure work is delivered in accordance with KPMG standards of quality, ethics, and risk management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in law (SH).1–2 years of experience in law firms, consulting firms, or in‑house legal departments.Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate/commercial law; familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Skills & AttributesHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Strong client service orientation and problem‑solving mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with legal research tools is a plus.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by KPMG Siddharta Advisory Recruitment team.
