Legal Billing & Compliance AnalystLos Angeles, CAHybrid – 2 Days In Office / 3 Days RemoteSalary: $75,000–$95,000A highly regarded and top ranked national law firm is seeking a Legal Billing & Compliance Analyst to join its growing Los Angeles team.This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in billing, conflicts, compliance, contract review, or another detail-oriented analytical role who is interested in building their career within a leading professional services environment.The primary focus of this position is reviewing client requirements, interpreting guidelines and agreements, and making sure those requirements are properly implemented across the organization.ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret client guidelines, agreements, and billing requirementsTranslate detailed client requirements into clear instructions for internal teamsIdentify potential compliance issues and help resolve them before they create problemsReview new and revised client guidelines and engagement documentationEnsure client requirements are accurately documented and maintained within internal systemsPartner with Billing, eBilling, Client Intake, Finance, and other internal teamsAssist with the onboarding and implementation of new client requirementsRespond to compliance-related questions from internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve processes and proceduresAssist with special compliance, billing, and client-related projectsQualifications2+ years of relevant professional experienceLaw firm or legal industry experience preferred, but not requiredExperience with billing, eBilling, conflicts, compliance, contract review, new business intake, or similar analytical workExperience reviewing contracts, client guidelines, policies, or detailed requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interpret complex information and explain requirements clearlyExperience working across multiple departments or teamsStrong Excel and general systems skillsWhy Apply?$75,000–$95,000 base salaryHybrid schedule – 3 days remote each weekHighly respected national firmStrong culture and employee retentionOpportunity to develop specialized experience in client compliance and operationsExcellent long-term professional growthIf you have experience in billing, conflicts, compliance, contract review, or another analytical role involving detailed client requirements, we'd love to speak with you.
