Legal Billing Specialist

Position SummaryThe Legal Billing Specialist is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing client invoices in accordance with law firm billing guidelines, client agreements, and industry standards. This role works closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting staff to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and compliance with client-specific requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, edit, and finalize client invoices for attorneys and practice groups.Review prebills and makes necessary billing adjustments based on client instructions.Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, outside counsel guidelines, and e-billing requirements.Submit invoices through electronic billing platforms.
