قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the RoleOn behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are seeking a Legal Compliance Manager to support the organization's legal and regulatory compliance framework across its business operations in the UAE.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, advising internal stakeholders on legal risks, supporting governance initiatives, and fostering a strong culture of compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory developments, assessing their impact on business operations.Identify compliance obligations and support business units in assessing and mitigating legal and compliance risks.Conduct compliance reviews of contracts, commercial agreements, policies, and business activities to ensure regulatory compliance.Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, external legal counsel, industry associations, and key stakeholders.Lead investigations and resolution of compliance-related matters while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to corporate governance standards.Develop and deliver compliance awareness programs and training initiatives across the organization.Provide practical legal guidance to support business decision-making while balancing commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve compliance processes and internal controls.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law.Valid legal practicing qualification or Bar admission.Minimum 5 years of experience in Legal Compliance, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, or Legal Advisory.Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance principles.Strong legal research, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent written and spoken English.Chinese and/or Arabic language skills are highly preferred.Ability to work effectively in a multinational and cross-functional environment.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience within a multinational corporation (MNC), financial institution, or international law firm.Professional certifications such as:CAMSCFCSCIPP/ECIPMICA International Compliance DiplomaExperience supporting compliance investigations and regulatory engagement
