We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist to support our legal integrity and regulatory compliance across operations. Key Responsibilities:Provide legal guidance to internal departments on financial and investment matters. Draft, review, and revise contracts, financing agreements, guarantees, pledges, debt instruments, and commercial agreements. Assess legal risks for financial transactions, investment projects, and new products in coordination with internal teams. Review offering documents, investment agency agreements, and terms and conditions from a legal and compliance perspective. Coordinate with external legal counsel, support litigation matters, and manage documentation before relevant authorities and commercial courts. Facilitate meetings, legal materials, and research in coordination with the Shariah Committee. Manage regulatory engagements with the Capital Market Authority (CMA), ensuring timely reporting, submissions, and responses. Monitor updates to Saudi regulations (e.g., Civil Transactions Law, Companies Law, Finance Companies Control Law, CMA, and AML/CTF guidelines). Implement compliance policies, conduct audits/risk assessments, assist in SPE setup/compliance, and manage internal compliance training. Qualifications & Requirements:Saudi or GCC National is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Law. Minimum 3 years of practical legal experience (or 2 years if holding a Master’s degree in a related field). Must hold CME-1 and CME-2 certifications. Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency or higher. Solid knowledge of Saudi regulations, particularly Companies Law and CMA regulations. Strong skills in legal analysis, contract drafting, and proficiency in MS Office. Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree holders in Law or a related field.
