Legal Consultant - 12 month Contract

My client are a leading consultancy in the region looking for a Legal Consultant to work on site with one of their clients. The ideal candidate would have experience in:Legal and regulatory frameworks within the UAE and/or government sectorSound knowledge of legal theory and cross-domain understanding of major legal conceptsLegislative and policy analysisRegulatory compliance and governanceDrafting and reviewing laws, regulations, policies, and legal opinionsLegal impact assessments and interpretation of regulatory requirementsStakeholder engagement with government entities, legal departments, and regulatorsTranslating legal and regulatory requirements into business and operational processesFamiliarity with data governance, privacy, confidentiality, and information-sharing regulationsSupporting digital transformation, public sector, or regulatory modernization programsExposure to defining / implementing AI Solutions in Legal field6 Years’ experienceOptional:Experience working with government entities, national programs, or regulatory authorities, Arabic would be highly desirable.
