If you have strong expertise in UAE labour laws, contract drafting, and corporate transactions, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact legal matters.Key Responsibilities: -* Provide expert guidance on UAE labour laws and ensure compliance* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including shareholder agreements* Manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)* Support corporate governance and legal structuring* Identify legal risks and recommend strategic solutionsRequirements: -* 10+ years of relevant legal experience* Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws* Proven expertise in contract drafting and M&A* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Ability to handle complex legal matters independentlyPreferred: -* LLB/LLM or equivalent qualification* Prior experience working in the UAE
