Master Works is seeking a Legal Consultant to provide legal advice and support to the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong legal expertise, preferably with experience in a public-sector entity, along with knowledge of data management and data privacy requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and consultation on a wide range of legal mattersReview, draft, and provide recommendations on contracts, agreements, legal documents, and correspondenceInterpret applicable laws, regulations, policies, and regulatory requirements and provide legal guidance accordinglyMonitor updates and changes to Saudi laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organizationConduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, reports, and recommendationsIdentify potential legal and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measuresSupport the development and review of legal policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworksProvide legal advice on data management, data governance, and data privacy mattersAdvise on data protection and privacy requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the KingdomProvide legal guidance on matters related to data collection, processing, sharing, retention, and protectionCollaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to address legal matters and inquiriesCoordinate with external legal advisors and counsel when requiredSupport the organization in addressing legal disputes and other legal mattersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Saudi laws, regulations, and data privacy requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Law or a related field6+ years of relevant experience in Legal Affairs or Legal ConsultingProven experience in Legal Affairs within a public-sector entityStrong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal frameworks applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaExperience in data management and data privacyKnowledge of data protection and privacy requirementsCertified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification is preferredStrong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical recommendationsArabic: NativeEnglish: FluentJob Location: Client Site
