The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice and support to clients across various sectors.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Represent clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements.Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to develop legal strategies.Stay updated with changes in UAE legislation and regulatory frameworks.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from English Section. Minimum 3 - 5 years of legal experience within a UAE-based law firm.Proven expertise in UAE laws and legal procedures.Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.Native or fluent Arabic speaker; fluency in English is essential.Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
