The firm provides strategic legal solutions and represents clients before UAE courts and authorities.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Legal Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The role includes drafting legal memoranda, reviewing contracts and documents, preparing legal opinions, conducting legal research, and following up on cases through UAE court systems. The Legal Consultant will also support litigation strategy, coordinate with lawyers and clients, and manage files and deadlines independently.Qualifications* Minimum 4 years of legal experience.* Arabic and English speaker, with strong drafting skills in both languages.* Experience in drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, legal notices, and reports.* Experience in reviewing contracts and legal documents.* Knowledge of UAE court systems and electronic filing procedures.* Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.* Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
