Legal Consultant is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.About the RoleThe Legal Consultant will provide practical legal advice and support across the business, with a focus on commercial contracts, legal risk management, governance, compliance, and dispute management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on business operations, strategic initiatives, and commercial matters.Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including services, procurement, construction, leasing, partnerships, NDAs, and MOUs.Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.Support corporate governance, internal approvals, legal memos, and compliance requirements.Monitor relevant regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on their business impact.Support disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with internal teams and external counsel.Prepare legal summaries, position notes, documentation packs, and case files.Advise on liability, indemnities, warranties, limitations, and contractual risk allocation.Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Investment, Projects, HR, and Operations teams.Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, clause libraries, and legal processes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.6–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within investment groups, diversified companies, or complex commercial environments.Strong experience in commercial contracts drafting, review, and negotiation.Good knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations relevant to business operations.Excellent Arabic legal drafting skills.Strong English communication and contract drafting skills.Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and governance awareness.Preferred CertificationsRelevant professional legal certifications are a plus.Master’s degree in Law or a related field is an advantage.
