Legal Consultant (Night Shift)

LEGAL CONSULTANT – NIGHT SHIFTFRESHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDEREDPLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYINGJob DescriptionConduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.Draft and review complaints, motions, interrogatories, briefs, pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal documents.Analyze case facts, legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy.Independently handle assigned legal tasks and matters with minimal supervision.Review legal documents for accuracy, completeness, legal consistency, and quality before submission to clients.Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and understand their requirements, instructions, and deadlines.Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Take ownership of assigned matters and proactively identify issues, gaps, and potential solutions.Coordinate with team members, provide guidance when required, and support the team in meeting operational and client expectations.Assist in training and mentoring junior team members and sharing legal knowledge and best practices.Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive client and case information.Ensure compliance with internal processes, client-specific requirements, and quality standards.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Required Candidate ProfileAbsolute commitment and dedication to the role is required.2–3+ years of relevant legal work experience, preferably in U.S. litigation or legal process outsourcing.Strong knowledge of U.S. litigation procedures and legal terminology will be an added advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and proofreading skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and within strict deadlines.Should be proactive and capable of taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities.Should be a quick learner, team player, and problem solver.Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision when required.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Should demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a long-term commitment to the organization.Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with U.S. working hours.QualificationsLLB / LLM2–3+ years of relevant legal experienceLocationKoramangala, BangaloreWorking Hours7:30 PM to 5:30 AMNote: Candidates are requested to apply only if they meet the experience, skill, and shift requirements mentioned above.
