Legal Consultant - Renewable Energy & Projects

Our growing hub of legal experts has a variety of skills, specialisms and experience, but they all enjoy quality legal projects best suited to their skillset and unparalleled support during their assignments.We are currently interested in connecting with experienced Commercial & Projects Legal Consultants (Renewable Energy & Projects) to join the Vario hub in Singapore. The ideal consultant will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• 8-12+ years PQE
• Experience supporting manufacturing, renewable energy, industrial, engineering, infrastructure or similar operational businesses.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and providing pragmatic day-to-day legal advice.
• Experience managing disputes, claims and contentious matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience advising on international and cross-border projects, particularly across emerging markets, would be advantageous.
• Chinese capability will be valued. To join our hub, you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to provide practical, risk-based legal advice.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to work effectively across different cultures, jurisdictions and remote teams.
