Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the Role:We are seeking a qualified and highly organized Legal Coordinator to support the company’s legal, contractual, and regulatory affairs.The ideal candidate must have a legal qualification, relevant experience in the UAE, and proven ability to follow up on legal and administrative matters with government authorities, regulatory bodies, courts, notary publics, and external legal counsel.This position requires strong legal drafting, coordination, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to manage confidential matters and ensure the timely completion of official procedures.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and coordinate contracts, agreements, legal notices, official letters, and other legal documents.Review contractual terms and identify potential legal obligations, risks, and matters requiring clarification or amendment.Follow up on legal and administrative matters with relevant UAE government authorities and regulatory bodies.Coordinate applications, submissions, renewals, approvals, attestations, and other official procedures through government portals and service centres.Liaise with courts, notary publics, municipalities, economic departments, real estate authorities, and other relevant government entities, as required.Coordinate with external lawyers and legal consultants regarding cases, disputes, claims, notices, and pending legal actions.Monitor legal cases, hearings, deadlines, submissions, renewals, and required follow-up actions.Conduct legal research and prepare legal summaries, reports, correspondence, and recommendations for management.Support the review and administration of commercial, leasing, employment, service, and supplier agreements.Maintain and regularly update legal files, case records, corporate documents, licences, powers of attorney, and legal registers.Track the validity and renewal dates of contracts, licences, permits, authorizations, and other official documents.Obtain and organize supporting documents required for government and legal submissions.Maintain accurate records of applications, reference numbers, payments, appointments, approvals, and outstanding actions.Provide management with regular updates on the status of legal cases, government transactions, and pending requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.Maintain strict confidentiality, accuracy, and professional integrity when handling sensitive information.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.A recognized lawyer qualification, Bar membership, or practising certificate.2–4 years of relevant legal experience in the UAE.Proven experience in following up with UAE government authorities, courts, notary publics, and regulatory bodies.Familiarity with UAE government portals, official submission procedures, and legal documentation requirements.Strong knowledge of UAE laws, contracts, legal procedures, and corporate documentation.Previous experience in a corporate, real estate, property management, or commercial environment is preferred.Excellent legal drafting, research, analytical, and document-review skills.Strong coordination and follow-up abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.Fluent in Arabic, with strong professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document-management systems.Currently residing in the UAE and available to work in Dubai.
