🔹 WE ARE HIRING | LEGAL COUNSEL / LEGAL EXECUTIVELicensed | English & Mandarin Chinese Speaking📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-time🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM🌍 Candidates outside Dubai/UAE are welcome to apply📌 Job SummaryWe are looking for a legally qualified and licensed legal professional to support our corporate services operations and work closely with clients, external law firms, regulators, and banks.The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong corporate/commercial legal experience.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle corporate legal matters, including company incorporation, restructuring, and dissolutionManage corporate governance and statutory complianceDraft and review resolutions, agreements, NDAs, and other corporate documentsSupport and coordinate license applications, including regulated industriesReview legal advice from external law firmsMaintain corporate records, compliance calendars, and statutory filingsCoordinate with clients, law firms, regulators, banks, and payment providersAssist with KYC, AML, and due diligence requirementsDraft, review, and translate legal documents between English and ChineseProvide bilingual legal support to clients and counterparties🔹 RequirementsLegal QualificationLLB or equivalent (mandatory)Legally qualified and licensed to practice in at least one jurisdictionExamples: Admitted Lawyer, Solicitor, Attorney-at-Law, PRC Legal Professional Qualification, or equivalentExperience2–6 years of post-qualification or relevant legal experienceBackground in corporate/commercial law, regulatory matters, compliance, corporate services, or in-house legalExperience handling corporate, regulatory, or licensing mattersLanguageFluent in English – written and spokenFluent in Mandarin Chinese – written and spokenSkills & AttributesStrong legal drafting and contract review skillsGood commercial awareness and practical mindsetHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliableAble to manage multiple matters and jurisdictionsStrong communication and client-handling skills⭐ PreferredExperience in gaming, betting, fintech, payments, or financial servicesExperience with multi-jurisdiction corporate structuresExperience working with international clients🎯 What We OfferCompetitive salary based on qualifications and experienceExposure to international legal and corporate mattersLong-term career growth opportunitiesProfessional, collaborative, and multicultural working environment
