Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionAl Ramsy Advocates and Legal Consultancy is seeking an experienced and qualified Legal Counsel to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support across a broad range of civil, commercial, corporate, contractual, and litigation matters.The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the UAE legal system, with particular experience in Civil Law, litigation, dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation, and legal advisory.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on civil, commercial, corporate, and contractual matters.Handle and support civil and commercial litigation, disputes, claims, and legal proceedings.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, memorandum, and other legal documents.Prepare and review pleadings, statements of claim and defense, legal submissions, and other litigation-related documents.Analyze legal issues, assess risks, and provide practical and effective legal solutions.Conduct legal research and stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and legal developments.Represent and support clients during negotiations, settlements, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes.Liaise with clients, government authorities, courts, and other relevant stakeholders.Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and legal ethics.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); an LLM is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of legal experience within the United Arab Emirates.Strong knowledge and practical experience in UAE Civil Law, litigation, commercial law, and contract law.Proven experience in handling civil and commercial disputes and litigation-related matters.Excellent legal drafting, contract negotiation, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and legal matters independently and efficiently.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly advantageous.Relevant UAE legal qualification or professional licensing, where applicable.
