Legal Counsel

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; advanced legal qualifications or bar admission are an advantage.Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of commercial, corporate, and employment regulations relevant to Saudi Arabia.Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and managing agreements with partners, vendors, and clients.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, policies, and internal guidelines.Ability to identify, analyze, and manage Legal Issues affecting business operations and strategic initiatives.Experience providing clear, practical Legal Advice to cross-functional teams and senior management.Experience working in technology, digital platforms, or professional services sectors is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and high ethical standards.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an asset.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
