Role PurposeProvide practical legal advice and support to the Owner’s Office across real estate, contracts, investors, suppliers and disputes.Manage and coordinate day-to-day legal matters, ensuring urgent issues are identified, escalated and followed through.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on real estate, commercial, contractual and operational matters.Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, cases and correspondence.Advise on court cases, claims and disputes involving investors, suppliers, contractors, clients and other stakeholders.Review, draft and negotiate contracts, SPAs, POAs, NDAs, supplier agreements and other legal documents.Coordinate with external lawyers on litigation, court cases, settlements and legal opinions.Review case status, risks, potential liabilities and recommended actions for management.Support negotiations and resolution of supplier and investor disputes.Liaise with DLD, RERA and other government authorities on relevant legal matters.Support property registration/de-registration and related legal documentation.Identify legal risks and provide practical, commercially viable recommendations.Attend relevant management/Owner’s Office meetings and provide legal input and follow-up.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive Owner and company matters.RequirementsLLB or equivalent Law degree.4–7 years’ UAE legal experience, preferably with a real estate developer or law firm.Strong experience in UAE real estate, contracts and commercial law.Exposure to litigation, court cases, investor and supplier disputes.Good knowledge of DLD and RERA processes.Strong contract drafting, negotiation and legal advisory skills.Experience managing external legal counsel and government authorities.Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.Strong communication, organization, judgement and problem-solving skills.Practical, commercially minded and able to work independently.High level of discretion and confidentiality.
