Legal Counsel

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, negotiate, and amend commercial contracts and other legal documents.Provide legal advice on contractual matters, corporate activities, and day-to-day business operations.Support corporate structuring, restructuring, entity establishment, and related corporate transactions.Advise on regulatory compliance and support the Company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Conduct legal research and demonstrate strong legal drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.Provide clear, practical, and commercially oriented legal advice.Manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines effectively.Handle matters relating to commercial contracts, corporate affairs, and regulatory compliance.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and, where required, external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.Maintain accurate legal records, corporate documents, and contract files.Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Legal Department.Mandatory RequirementsBachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university.Minimum of three years of post-qualification legal experience gained at a reputable law firm or within an in-house legal department.Demonstrable experience in commercial contracts, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance.Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Additional Qualifications Considered an AdvantageA valid license to practice law in Saudi Arabia.Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from an accredited university.
