قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive legal support for all Hong Kong-based companies of the group.2. Be responsible for the entire contract management process: Draft, review, revise and negotiate various commercial Chinese and English contracts and legal documents, such as sales agreements, investment agreements, supplier contracts, marketing agreements, etc. Ensure that the terms are in the company’s interests, avoid potential legal risks, and track the execution and performance of contracts.3. Undertake legal consultation and support work, and provide professional legal opinions. Offer timely and clear legal advice to internal business departments, answer legal questions encountered in their daily operations, which may cover labor relations, business cooperation, corporate governance, intellectual property rights and other fields.4. Be responsible for intellectual property-related affairs, including the global layout and management of intellectual property rights, handling intellectual property infringement and taking active rights protection actions.5. Be responsible for compliance and risk prevention and control. Closely monitor the dynamics of laws, regulations and regulatory policies in Hong Kong and regions related to the business, assess their impact on the company’s business, and provide compliance suggestions. At the same time, proactively identify compliance loopholes in business activities, and establish and improve the legal risk early warning and prevention and control mechanism (including operational compliance, fiscal and tax compliance, product compliance, etc.).6. Handle legal disputes in Hong Kong, formulate solutions and promote their implementation.7. Be responsible for the construction of external resource platforms, establish business contacts with major legal resources such as law firms, and coordinate, communicate and connect with overseas law firm resources.Job Requirements:1. Master’s degree in Law, Hong Kong Practicing Lawyer Qualification is preferred.2. More than 3 years of legal work experience in Hong Kong or experience in law firms, familiar with comprehensive legal handling in Hong Kong and the operation mode of Hong Kong law firms.3. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, legal analysis ability, writing ability and problem-solving ability, with an offensive mindset.4. Have practical experience in contract review, intellectual property protection and infringement rights protection.5. Proficient in Hong Kong laws, regulations and judicial system, with successful cases of handling legal disputes.6. Have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
