Legal Counsel | EindhovenA global organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its central legal and compliance team, advising on business and commercial decisions and representing the organisation's legal interests in the Netherlands. The role also involves coordinating legal matters across affiliated entities in other jurisdictions, offering visibility beyond the Dutch market.The role:→ Draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents.→ Support corporate governance, including maintaining corporate records, drafting standard corporate documents, and liaising with government authorities.→ Research Dutch laws and regulations and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders.→ Handle compliance tasks, including policy updates, internal reviews, and monitoring legal developments.→ Support legal matters throughout the product lifecycle.→ Coordinate external legal support and prepare internal communications, presentations, and training materials.What you'll need:→ A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dutch Law (LLB / LLM).→ 2 to 4 years' experience in a legal department or law firm.→ Knowledge of Dutch legal frameworks.→ Fluent Dutch and English.
