About the RoleWe are looking for commercially-minded Legal Counsel who will be responsible for contract drafting and negotiation, company formation and structuring, governance and company secretarial matters, trademarks and intellectual property.The Ideal candidateHas professional qualifications in Common Law jurisdiction (e.g. UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or similar)Has 6–8 years PQE and strong experience within real estate, property development or constructionHas strong track record in complex commercial contracting and negotiationsHas experience advising on property/construction/real estate businessesHas exposure to multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
