If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Provide legal advice and support across commercial, contractual, regulatory and corporate matters.Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements and contracts.Identify legal and compliance risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations.Support senior stakeholders with legal guidance on business activities and decisions.Manage and support disputes, litigation, investigations and regulatory matters.Liaise with government authorities and external legal advisors where required.Support licensing, transactions and other legal projects.Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations and internal policies.Work closely with internal teams to provide timely and effective legal support.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor's degree in Law.5–8+ years' legal experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated industry.Fluent Arabic and English.Strong experience in commercial contracts, regulatory matters and legal risk management.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.Hiring?
