As the business expands into Qatar, Saudi Arabia and beyond, it needs a senior commercial lawyer to protect its interests across every new contract, partnership and market entry.This is not a generalist in house role split across every legal function. The focus is squarely commercial, contracts and GCC expansion, working closely with the CEO and CFO on the deals that matter most.What's in it for you:Direct exposure to the CEO and CFO on every major commercial negotiationA genuinely strategic remit spanning contract negotiation, technology agreements, and new market entry across the GCCJoin a business already recognised as a market leader, expanding at real pace rather than on paperBase salary of AED 35,000 a monthWhat you'll be doing:Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, landlords, developers and government entitiesProtecting the company's technology, software and proprietary processes through carefully structured agreementsSupporting expansion into Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets, including new entity and joint venture structuresBuilding standard contract templates, negotiation playbooks and a central contract repositoryWorking directly with senior leadership on major partnership and government negotiationsWhat we need:6 to 10 years post qualification experience, with strong UAE and GCC commercial legal backgroundIn house experience within technology, infrastructure, mobility or a similarly fast growing company preferredStrong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate legal risk into practical business adviceFluent Arabic and English, contracts across the GCC are often drafted in ArabicComfort working directly with senior executives and moving at the pace of a scaling businessIf you want to be the legal backbone of a business that is genuinely expanding, not just talking about it, we would like to hear from you.
