Legal Counsel

Job Description* Provide legal support across a wide range of business functions, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and risk assessment.* Provide legal advice and opinions on various operational, commercial, and strategic business matters.* Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.* Manage litigation, consumer disputes, and regulatory proceedings, including coordination with external counsel, where required.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address legal and compliance requirements across business operations.* Manage and oversee the Company’s intellectual property portfolio, including coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders.LocationOur office is located on Sarjapur Main Road, Bengaluru. The Legal Team is required to work from the office on all working days.Qualifications and Preferred Skills* Law graduates with 5–7 years of relevant experience are preferred. Prior experience in both a law firm and an in-house legal role would be an advantage.* Bachelor’s and/or postgraduate degree in Law.* Strong understanding of applicable laws, legal principles, and commercial practices.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office tools.* A smart, driven, and diligent individual with strong ownership and attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.* A practical, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work closely with business and cross-functional teams.NoteThis job description provides a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements of the role.
