Legal Counsel Responsible for building and improving the company's legal compliance management system, taking the lead in formulating legal compliance-related policies, processes, and standard documents;Formulate the company's legal compliance management work plan and drive the implementation and execution of various compliance requirements;Responsible for full lifecycle contract management, including formulating/optimizing contract templates, reviewing various business contracts across the company, and supervising as well as guiding contract management work for subsidiaries and regional offices;Responsible for managing the company's litigation and arbitration cases, identifying risk points through case analysis ("using case management to enhance control"), and preventing similar legal disputes from recurring;Responsible for the construction and maintenance of external law firm resource platforms, providing daily legal consultation and support to business departments; coordinate corporate registration/amendments, trademark management, and other intellectual property matters;Participate in the construction and optimization of the contract management platform and digital/intelligent legal compliance tools to improve legal work efficiency;Complete other legal compliance-related tasks assigned by superiors.II.

Job Requirements

Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a background in economics, finance, law, or related majors;3+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or related fields; experience in cross-departmental collaboration involving more than two departments, as well as frontline/grassroots business support experience, is preferred;Familiar with basic laws and regulations such as contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law; strong contract review, legal risk identification, and written expression skills;Meticulous and detail-oriented work style, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure;Localization requirements: Familiarity with the UAE local judicial environment, as well as corporate registration and IP procedures, is preferred; ability to work stably on-site.
