A leading Project / Construction & Infrastructure Company in Dubai is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team.
Location: Dubai, UAEPosition: Legal CounselEmirati Professionals Key ResponsibilitiesSupport legal matters relating to contracts, tenders, corporate governance, and dispute management.Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, agreements, and correspondence.Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence as required.Collaborate with various departments on cross-functional projects and business initiatives.Provide legal support to align legal strategy with business and operational requirements.Assist in identifying and mitigating legal and contractual risks.Ideal CandidateBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); additional legal qualifications are an advantage.Fresher / Final Year Graduates Strong Knowledge of commercial contracts, tenders, corporate governance, and legal documentation.Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and departments.Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
