We also provide professional 24/7 multilingual customer support.Today, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain payments compliance policies, frameworks, and internal standards.Provide regulatory structuring support for payments setups, partner models, and fund flows.Review and support onboarding of payment partners, including agreement reviews from a compliance perspective.Advise on licensing scope, regulatory permissions, and operational constraints for payments activities.Work closely with Product, Operations, and Legal to ensure payments initiatives are compliant by design.Support standardisation and streamlining of payments compliance processes across entities.Coordinate with external counsel and regulators on payments-related regulatory matters where required.RequirementsQualified lawyer or compliance professional with legal training, preferably called to the bar in SG, MY, UK, or HK.3–7 years of experience in payments, fintech, EMI/PSP, or financial services compliance or regulatory advisory.Strong understanding of payments regulation, fund flows, and licensing frameworks.Practical mindset with ability to translate regulatory requirements into workable operating models.Experience in multi-jurisdiction environments is a strong plus.
