You will also oversee key legal aspects of investor onboarding and ensure documentation and processes are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded legal professional who can provide sound legal advice, manage complex transactions, and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit3 to 5 years of post-qualification legal experienceStrong experience in fund investments and transaction structuringExperience managing investor onboarding and related legal documentationSolid understanding of regulatory compliance and investment-related legal mattersCommercially minded with the ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsMust currently be based in Dubai, UAEThis is an opportunity to take on a key legal role within an investment-focused environment, working across transactions, fund investments, and regulatory matters.
