Legal Director- Defence & AerospaceAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trade Controls Lawyer to join a leading organisation operating across the defence and advanced manufacturing sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.This is a senior-level role offering the opportunity to advise on a broad range of complex international trade controls matters, including export controls, economic sanctions, customs and import/export regulations, licensing and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s international operations and strategic growth initiatives, while helping to ensure compliance with evolving global trade regulations.Candidates should have significant experience advising on international trade controls, export controls, sanctions and related regulatory matters, ideally gained within the defence, aerospace or advanced manufacturing sectors. Experience advising on or working with US, UK, EU and other international trade control regimes will be highly advantageous. Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience, with UK- or US-qualified lawyers particularly encouraged to apply.This position offers a highly competitive package and the opportunity to join a strategically important and rapidly growing business at the forefront of innovation in the region.
