Prior law firm experience is required.The firm offers a highly competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $195,000 based on years of experience, plus paid overtime and the potential for a substantial annual bonus. The generous benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, vacation and PTO, additional paid holidays, a 401(k) with employer match, retirement bonuses, and more. Employees may choose a flexible hybrid schedule combining remote and in-office work or work fully on-site, depending on their preference.Legal Executive Administrative Assistant / Legal Secretary – Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide general legal administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Draft, edit, format, and proofread documents and correspondence as needed; training will be provided
- Manage client correspondence, memoranda, and other communications
- Assist clients and support attorneys with litigation, transactional, real estate, insurance-related, and other legal matters; training will be provided
- Provide billing support and prepare expense reports
- Assist with various projects and administrative initiatives
- Serve as a gatekeeper for partners and attorneys
- Support firm and client events
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Coordinate meals, meetings, and related logisticsParalegal / Legal Assistant – Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Draft, review, proofread, format, and organize legal documents, correspondence, agreements, pleadings, and memoranda
- Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings for attorneys
- Maintain matter files, document databases, closing binders, and other litigation, transactional, real estate, or insurance-related records
- Track critical dates, court deadlines, filing requirements, deal timelines, and other matter-related milestones
- Coordinate document collection, review, production, and filing
- Communicate with clients, courts, government agencies, opposing counsel, vendors, and other outside parties as needed
- Assist with matters, document production, and electronic filing
- Support transactions by assisting with due diligence, record maintenance, signatures, closings, and related documentation
- Perform cite-checking, proofreading, and quality-control reviews to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and properly formatted
