Prior law firm experience is required.Candidates at all experience levels will be considered. The firm offers a highly competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $200,000 for senior-level candidates, plus paid overtime and the potential for a substantial annual bonus. Employees may choose a flexible hybrid schedule combining remote and in-office work or work fully on-site, depending on their preference.Legal Executive Administrative Assistant / Legal Secretary - Key Responsibilities and RequirementsResponsibilities will vary based on the assigned practice area, general functions include but are not limited to: Provide general legal administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordinationDraft and edit documents as needed; training will be providedManage client correspondence and memorandaAssist clients and support attorneys with case and transactional matters; training will be providedProvide billing support and prepare expense reportsAssist with various projectsServe as a gatekeeper for partners and attorneysSupport firm and client eventsPrepare reports and presentations as neededCoordinate meals, meetings, and related logisticsParalegal - Key Responsibilities and RequirementsResponsibilities will vary based on the assigned practice area, general functions include but are not limited to: Draft, review, proofread, format, and organize legal documents, correspondence, agreements, pleadings, and memorandaConduct legal and factual research and summarize findings for attorneysMaintain matter files, document databases, closing binders, and other case or transactional recordsTrack critical dates, court deadlines, filing requirements, deal timelines, and other matter-related milestonesCoordinate document collection, review, production, and filingCommunicate with clients, courts, government agencies, opposing counsel, vendors, and other outside parties as neededAssist with matters, document production, and electronic filingSupport transactions by assisting with due diligence, maintenance, records, signatures, etc.Perform cite-checking, proofreading, and quality-control reviews to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and properly formattedProvide general project and case-management support to attorneys and legal teamsThe firm offers a collaborative, warm, welcoming, and professional work environment.
