Gulf Orchid Perfumes Manufacturing is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Legal Executive to oversee the company's legal affairs, ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, and provide legal support across all business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, corporate legal documentation, compliance matters, intellectual property protection, and legal risk management while supporting the company's continued growth.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, sales agreements, and NDAs.Manage lease agreements, including renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.Handle legal correspondence, notices, claims, and dispute-related matters.Monitor legal cases and provide regular updates to management.Ensure compliance with UAE Commercial Companies Law, Civil Transactions Law, Labour Law, and other applicable regulations.Coordinate with external legal counsel, law firms, and government authorities on legal matters.Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, licenses, and statutory documents in a secure and confidential manner.Support litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement processes when required.Protect and manage the Company’s intellectual property, including trademarks and brand assets, in coordination with external counsel and trademark agents.Provide legal advice to internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations).Support debt recovery by reviewing overdue accounts, issuing legal notices, and coordinating collection actions when necessary.Identify legal risks and ensure timely compliance with UAE laws and regulations.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. A Master's degree is an advantage.3–5 years of relevant legal experience in the UAE.Proven experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and corporate legal documentation.Strong knowledge of Commercial Companies Law, Civil Transactions Law, and relevant regulations.Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, perfumes, cosmetics, or distribution industry.Experience in intellectual property protection, trademark registration, and brand protection.Familiarity with government portals and regulatory procedures in the UAE.Pay: 6,000.00 (AED) - 8,000.00 (AED) per month
