Legal Executive / Legal Counsel

We're looking for a legal professional to join our in-house legal team. You'll support the business across multiple departments and affiliated companies, from contracts and compliance to court matters.What you'll doDraft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts for various departments and group companiesConduct legal research and keep the business compliant with evolving laws and regulationsEnsure compliance with labor laws, stamp duty, and professional tax requirementsManage litigation: coordinate with external counsel, review pleadings, and keep directors updated on upcoming casesAttend court hearings, prepare hearing reports with legal input and advice, and represent the company as an authorized officerMaintain provisions for contingent cases and ensure timely submission of sureties to the Nazir of the Sindh High Court and other authoritiesHandle regulatory compliance for our securities brokerage business under applicable securities laws and SECP/PSX requirementsWhat we're looking forLLB with 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or litigation practiceStrong contract drafting and negotiation skillsWorking knowledge of labor law, stamp duty, and tax-related compliance
