We’re Hiring | Legal Faculty & Associate Head Mentoring and – Law Prep Tutorial PatnaLaw Prep Tutorial, Patna is looking for a dynamic and academically strong who can guide, mentor and support CLAT aspirants throughout their preparation journey.Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance on the CLAT syllabus, exam pattern, preparation strategies, and law entrance ecosystem.- Conduct one-on-one academic counselling and mentoring sessions with students.- Understand students’ individual strengths, weaknesses, and preparation gaps and help them develop personalised study and improvement plans.- Regularly analyse mock tests, sectional performance, accuracy, attempts, time management, and subject-wise performance.- Identify underperforming or irregular students and provide timely academic intervention and follow-up.- Counsel and motivate students regarding study habits, consistency, exam pressure, and overall preparation strategy.- Conduct classes and interactive sessions on emerging legal topics, legal awareness, current legal developments, and other relevant areas.- Coordinate with faculty members and the academic team to ensure effective student mentoring and performance improvement.- Interact with parents whenever required and provide structured feedback regarding students’ academic progress.- Create engaging and informative academic video content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms, including CLAT strategies, exam tips, legal awareness, career guidance, and motivational content.- Conduct and participate in seminars, webinars, workshops, school sessions, and law-awareness programmes.- Represent Law Prep Tutorial professionally during academic and outreach activities.- Take complete ownership of assigned students and ensure continuous academic guidance and support throughout their preparation.Eligibility & Requirements:- Must be a graduate from a National Law University (NLU) or an equivalent reputed university.- Strong understanding of CLAT and other law entrance examinations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong command of English and Hindi.- Good mentoring, counselling, presentation, and public-speaking abilities.- Comfortable appearing in educational videos and digital content.- Ability to connect effectively with students as well as parents.- A student-first attitude with strong academic ownership and professionalism.Position: Legal Faculty Associate Head Mentoring 📍 Location: Patna, Bihar🏢 Organization: Law Prep Tutorial PatnaWe are looking for someone who can go beyond conventional counselling and become a mentor, academic guide, and support system for aspiring law students.Interested candidates can apply at hradmin@lawpreptutorialpatna.com
