Legal Intern

Contract Type: Internship (6 months)About the role We are looking for a Legal Intern to join the Legal department. The Legal Intern will work directly with all members of the Legal team.Key Responsibilities:In a multidisciplinary context (corporate, contracts, compliance), the Legal Intern will be responsible for:Providing support for the department's contractual needs (auditing, drafting and reviewing contracts);Providing support for IP and brand protection matters;Prepare training materials as part of the structuring of the legal department;More generally, provide support on all legal aspects of the group (litigation, regulatory, corporate, etc.).Role - Specific Skills:Excellent organizational skills and are meticulousProactive, able to adapt easily to any situation, and able to work independentlyGood level of English, particularly written English. French is a plusDesired Background and Experience:Master's degree in business law or a Bachelor's degree in law with a focus on commercial contractsInitial professional experience in a law firm or in the legal department of an international company
