Our growth is creating great opportunities!Below Is The Job Description For Open PositionResponsibilitiesContract law: drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier and vendor agreements, services and IT agreements, NDAs, licensing, R&D and intragroup agreements.Corporate law: supporting the Deputy General Counsel with corporate legal matters and operations.Compliance & CSR: contributing to compliance training, conflict of interest initiatives, gifts & hospitality policies and internal investigations.Disputes & litigation: assisting with the management of commercial disputes and coordination with external counsel.Legal knowledge management: helping maintain and develop our centralized legal database covering contractual and corporate matters.Regulatory monitoring: tracking new legislation and regulations and communicating relevant developments across the organization.QualificationMaster / Bachelors degree (Bac+5) in Law, ideally with a focus on Business Law, International Business Law, Contract Law or Corporate LawStrong interest in commercial contracts and in-house legal workHas excellent analytical, drafting and legal research skillsDetail-oriented, pragmatic and comfortable working independentlyPrevious experience in a law firm or legal department — a plusFluent in English and French
