- Cryptocurrency & Virtual Digital Assets (VDA)
- VARA – Dubai
- ADGM & DIFC Regulatory Frameworks
- AML / KYC & Financial Crime Compliance
- FIU-IND & Indian Regulatory Matters
- iGaming & GCGRA
- Payment Services & Fintech Licensing
- Corporate & Commercial Advisory
- Regulatory Research & Legal Due Diligence
- International Business & Cross-Border TransactionsKey Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and regulatory research
- Assist lawyers and consultants in preparing legal notes, proposals and regulatory submissions
- Research applicable laws, regulations, circulars and regulatory frameworks
- Assist in preparing client communications and documentation
- Support regulatory licensing and compliance assignments
- Prepare case laws, regulatory updates and legal research summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams and, where required, international associates
- Maintain professional documentation and matter trackersWho We Are Looking For
- Law student – preferably 3rd year onwards / 5-year integrated course, or 2nd year onwards / 3-year LL.B.
- Recent law graduates may also apply
- Strong interest in Corporate Law, FinTech, Crypto, Regulatory Law, Compliance or International Business Law
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical approach and willingness to learn
