Team members work at the intersection of technology and food, contributing to safer and more reliable consumption choices for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing and vetting agreements and contracts.Assisting in contract negotiations with vendors and business partners.Assisting in fundraising activities, including documentation and due diligence.Supporting secretarial and corporate compliance.Supporting factory laws and labour law compliance, including related disputes and legal notices.Assisting in developing and implementing ESMS (Environmental & Social Management System).Supporting DPDP compliance and data protection-related matters.Supporting EPR compliance and related environmental requirements.Conducting legal research and supporting day-to-day legal and compliance activities.EligibilityQualified LL.B.Good drafting, research and communication skills.Interest in corporate, commercial, labour, employment and regulatory laws.0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.If you find this role exciting and aligned with your career goals, please drop your CV at legal@anveshan.farm.
